生物質成型燃料鍋爐的分析
1、結構特點

3、燃燒控製
目前行業內尤其是燃煤鍋爐自動燃燒投運效果不理想,主要是這樣幾個原因給煤機(或爐排電機)caiyonghuachakongzhi,meiyouzhenduiliantiaoshireshuiludeteshukongzhicelve,bunenggenjugongrejieduandebutonghemeizhongdebianhuajishitiaozhengqihoubuchangquxianhefengmeibikongzhiquxian。
生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)鍋(guo)爐(lu)根(gen)據(ju)氣(qi)候(hou)補(bu)償(chang)控(kong)製(zhi)要(yao)求(qiu),采(cai)用(yong)全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)燃(ran)燒(shao)控(kong)製(zhi),可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)供(gong)熱(re)負(fu)荷(he)需(xu)求(qiu),保(bao)證(zheng)鍋(guo)爐(lu)供(gong)水(shui)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)前(qian)提(ti)下(xia)使(shi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)燃(ran)燒(shao)處(chu)於(yu)最(zui)佳(jia)工(gong)況(kuang)。為(wei)此(ci),生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)鍋(guo)爐(lu)的(de)爐(lu)排(pai)電(dian)機(ji)和(he)鼓(gu)引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)製(zhi)。除(chu)按(an)照(zhao)供(gong)熱(re)負(fu)荷(he)調(tiao)整(zheng)燃(ran)料(liao)量(liang)和(he)風(feng)燃(ran)比(bi)外(wai),還(hai)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)爐(lu)膛(tang)負(fu)壓(ya)。爐(lu)膛(tang)溫(wen)度(du)和(he)排(pai)溫(wen)度(du)煙(yan)也(ye)要(yao)作(zuo)為(wei)燃(ran)燒(shao)自(zi)動(dong)燃(ran)燒(shao)控(kong)製(zhi),可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)供(gong)熱(re)負(fu)荷(he)需(xu)求(qiu),保(bao)證(zheng)鍋(guo)爐(lu)供(gong)水(shui)溫(wen)度(du)的(de)前(qian)提(ti)下(xia)使(shi)鍋(guo)爐(lu)燃(ran)燒(shao)處(chu)於(yu)最(zui)佳(jia)工(gong)況(kuang)。為(wei)此(ci),生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)鍋(guo)爐(lu)的(de)爐(lu)排(pai)電(dian)機(ji)和(he)鼓(gu)引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)製(zhi)。除(chu)按(an)照(zhao)供(gong)熱(re)負(fu)荷(he)調(tiao)整(zheng)燃(ran)料(liao)量(liang)和(he)風(feng)燃(ran)比(bi)外(wai),還(hai)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)爐(lu)膛(tang)負(fu)壓(ya)。爐(lu)膛(tang)溫(wen)度(du)和(he)排(pai)溫(wen)度(du)煙(yan)也(ye)要(yao)作(zuo)為(wei)燃(ran)燒(shao)控(kong)製(zhi)的(de)限(xian)定(ding)條(tiao)件(jian)。全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)燃(ran)燒(shao)控(kong)製(zhi)功(gong)能(neng)在(zai)鍋(guo)爐(lu)調(tiao)整(zheng)負(fu)荷(he)時(shi)比(bi)人(ren)工(gong)調(tiao)整(zheng)過(guo)程(cheng)更(geng)穩(wen)定(ding),避(bi)免(mian)係(xi)統(tong)超(chao)調(tiao)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)燃(ran)料(liao)量(liang)浪(lang)費(fei)。
4、熱工測試
我們依據GB/T10180-2003《工業鍋爐熱工性能試驗規程》等相關標準的相關規定,對采取以上技術措施的額定供熱量為14MW的生物質熱水鍋爐進行了熱工與環保測試。通過測試,檢驗鍋爐的出力及熱工、環保狀態參數是否達到設計及標準規範的要求。
