1、烘幹機立柱問題
烘幹機立柱就是用於固定熱風烘幹機內外網板的U型xing鋼gang板ban,它ta把ba烘hong幹gan機ji的de幹gan燥zao室shi和he冷leng卻que室shi分fen成cheng許xu多duo小xiao隔ge,進jin入ru烘hong幹gan機ji內nei的de糧liang食shi就jiu是shi在zai這zhe些xie小xiao隔ge裏li被bei幹gan燥zao和he冷leng卻que的de。由you於yu目mu前qian國guo產chan熱re風feng烘hong幹gan機ji的deU型鋼板槽上沒有安裝蓋板,這樣烘幹機裏的部分糧食就進到沒有任何進氣孔和排潮孔的U型(xing)鋼(gang)板(ban)槽(cao)內(nei),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)這(zhe)些(xie)糧(liang)食(shi)失(shi)去(qu)被(bei)幹(gan)燥(zao)和(he)冷(leng)卻(que)的(de)機(ji)會(hui)。等(deng)到(dao)它(ta)們(men)被(bei)排(pai)出(chu)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)時(shi),其(qi)水(shui)分(fen)與(yu)其(qi)它(ta)糧(liang)食(shi)相(xiang)比(bi)較(jiao)就(jiu)存(cun)在(zai)很(hen)大(da)差(cha)異(yi),這(zhe)是(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)熱(re)風(feng)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)烘(hong)後(hou)糧(liang)水(shui)分(fen)差(cha)過(guo)大(da)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)。因(yin)此(ci),筆(bi)者(zhe)建(jian)議(yi)在(zai)今(jin)後(hou)設(she)計(ji)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)時(shi),在(zai)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)的(de)U型鋼板槽上由上至下都安裝上蓋板,這樣烘幹機裏的糧食就不會再進到U型鋼板槽內,烘後糧的水分均勻度就會大大提高。
2、烘幹機換向器問題
目(mu)前(qian)國(guo)產(chan)熱(re)風(feng)糧(liang)食(shi)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)上(shang)的(de)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)屬(shu)交(jiao)叉(cha)式(shi)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi),其(qi)換(huan)向(xiang)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)先(xian)把(ba)進(jin)入(ru)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)內(nei)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)分(fen)成(cheng)內(nei)外(wai)兩(liang)層(ceng),然(ran)後(hou)再(zai)把(ba)內(nei)外(wai)層(ceng)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)進(jin)行(xing)交(jiao)叉(cha)對(dui)換(huan)來(lai)實(shi)現(xian)糧(liang)食(shi)換(huan)向(xiang)的(de)。筆(bi)者(zhe)認(ren)為(wei)該(gai)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)缺(que)點(dian)有(you)三(san):一是它不能把靠近烘幹機內網板的糧食換到靠近外網板一側,同樣也不能把靠近烘幹機外網板的糧食換到靠近內網板一側;二是它不能把靠近烘幹機立柱的糧食換到烘幹機每個隔的中部,同樣也不能把烘幹機每個隔中部的糧食換到靠近烘幹機立柱一側;三san是shi它ta不bu能neng把ba烘hong幹gan機ji每mei個ge隔ge內nei的de糧liang食shi進jin行xing重zhong新xin混hun合he。這zhe三san個ge缺que點dian致zhi使shi交jiao叉cha式shi換huan向xiang器qi不bu能neng很hen好hao地di解jie決jue熱re風feng烘hong幹gan機ji烘hong後hou糧liang的de水shui分fen差cha過guo大da問wen題ti。而er螺luo旋xuan式shi換huan向xiang器qi在zai烘hong幹gan機ji每mei個ge隔ge內nei並bing排pai三san隻zhi為wei一yi組zu,它ta能neng讓rang糧liang食shi在zai其qi內nei部bu自zi上shang而er下xia旋xuan轉zhuan180°,從(cong)而(er)使(shi)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)達(da)到(dao)徹(che)底(di)換(huan)向(xiang)和(he)重(zhong)新(xin)混(hun)合(he)之(zhi)目(mu)的(de)。該(gai)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)不(bu)但(dan)能(neng)彌(mi)補(bu)交(jiao)叉(cha)式(shi)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)上(shang)述(shu)之(zhi)不(bu)足(zu),同(tong)時(shi)還(hai)能(neng)十(shi)分(fen)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)提(ti)高(gao)烘(hong)後(hou)糧(liang)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)均(jun)勻(yun)度(du)。因(yin)此(ci),筆(bi)者(zhe)建(jian)議(yi)在(zai)今(jin)後(hou)設(she)計(ji)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)時(shi),烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)的(de)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)應(ying)選(xuan)擇(ze)螺(luo)旋(xuan)式(shi)的(de),這(zhe)樣(yang)才(cai)能(neng)徹(che)底(di)解(jie)決(jue)熱(re)風(feng)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)烘(hong)後(hou)糧(liang)的(de)夾(jia)生(sheng)問(wen)題(ti)。
3、烘幹機的調節擋板問題
烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)下(xia)麵(mian)的(de)調(tiao)節(jie)擋(dang)板(ban)是(shi)控(kong)製(zhi)排(pai)糧(liang)機(ji)每(mei)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)一(yi)圈(quan)每(mei)個(ge)隔(ge)的(de)排(pai)糧(liang)量(liang),調(tiao)節(jie)擋(dang)板(ban)位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)高(gao)低(di)將(jiang)直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)糧(liang)食(shi)在(zai)各(ge)個(ge)隔(ge)內(nei)的(de)幹(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian)和(he)冷(leng)卻(que)時(shi)間(jian)。為(wei)了(le)確(que)保(bao)每(mei)個(ge)隔(ge)內(nei)烘(hong)出(chu)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)水(shui)分(fen)一(yi)致(zhi),各(ge)隔(ge)下(xia)麵(mian)的(de)調(tiao)節(jie)擋(dang)板(ban)必(bi)須(xu)調(tiao)整(zheng)到(dao)最(zui)佳(jia)高(gao)度(du)。當(dang)某(mou)些(xie)隔(ge)內(nei)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)質(zhi)量(liang)、幹燥介質流量、周圍環境溫度等參數發生變化時,該隔Tmiandetiaojiedangbanjiuyaojinxingxiangyingtiaozheng。ruguozhexiegexiamiandetiaojiedangbanbunengdedaojishitiaozheng,namechangcixiaqujiuhuiyingxianghonghouliangdeshuifenjunyundu。youyumuqianguochanrefenghongganjidetiaojiedangbanshitongguotiaojieluoshuanzhijiegudingzaihongganjinei,zhejiuhenbubianyucaozuorenyuantiaozhengtiaojiedangban。yinci,bizhejianyizaijinhoushejihongganjishi,bakaiyouxiaocao、caoneibiaoyoujingquekedudesiganyiduangudingzaitiaojiedangbanshang,lingyiduanshenchuhongganjiwaibingtongguotiaojieluomugudingzaipailiangjidibanshang。zheyang,caozuorenyuanjiunengtongguozhexiesiganzaihongganjidewaibusuishi、快速、準確地調整烘幹機裏麵的各個調節擋板。
4、烘幹機擋風罩問題

5、烘幹機消防問題
使(shi)用(yong)目(mu)前(qian)國(guo)產(chan)熱(re)風(feng)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)烘(hong)幹(gan)糧(liang)食(shi)時(shi),糧(liang)食(shi)是(shi)在(zai)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)幹(gan)燥(zao)室(shi)內(nei)與(yu)幹(gan)燥(zao)介(jie)質(zhi)相(xiang)互(hu)接(jie)觸(chu)進(jin)行(xing)濕(shi)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan)後(hou)得(de)以(yi)幹(gan)燥(zao)的(de)。而(er)目(mu)前(qian)供(gong)給(gei)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)的(de)幹(gan)燥(zao)介(jie)質(zhi)是(shi)由(you)熱(re)風(feng)爐(lu)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)加(jia)熱(re)外(wai)界(jie)空(kong)氣(qi)得(de)來(lai)的(de)。換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)一(yi)旦(dan)漏(lou)火(huo),幹(gan)燥(zao)介(jie)質(zhi)就(jiu)會(hui)把(ba)煙(yan)氣(qi)裏(li)的(de)火(huo)種(zhong)帶(dai)入(ru)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)引(yin)起(qi)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)著(zhe)火(huo),烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)內(nei)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)雜(za)質(zhi)過(guo)多(duo)也(ye)會(hui)引(yin)起(qi)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)著(zhe)火(huo)。烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)一(yi)旦(dan)失(shi)火(huo),輕(qing)者(zhe)使(shi)糧(liang)食(shi)燒(shao)焦(jiao),失(shi)去(qu)其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)價(jia)值(zhi);重者使烘幹機報廢,其後果不堪設想。烘幹機著火多在烘幹機的內部,由於烘幹機外網板的排潮孔直徑很小,消防車是很難及時、有you效xiao地di把ba水shui從cong外wai網wang板ban的de排pai潮chao孔kong打da到dao烘hong幹gan機ji內nei來lai進jin行xing滅mie火huo。因yin此ci,筆bi者zhe建jian議yi在zai今jin後hou設she計ji烘hong幹gan機ji時shi,要yao在zai烘hong幹gan機ji上shang安an裝zhuang一yi套tao簡jian易yi消xiao防fang裝zhuang置zhi。在zai烘hong幹gan機ji旁pang邊bian安an裝zhuang一yi根gen消xiao防fang管guan道dao,管guan道dao上shang頭tou插cha到dao烘hong幹gan機ji溜liu糧liang管guan內nei,管guan道dao下xia頭tou與yu烘hong幹gan機ji附fu近jin消xiao防fang栓shuan相xiang連lian。一yi旦dan烘hong幹gan機ji上shang出chu現xian火huo警jing,立li即ji打da開kai消xiao防fang栓shuan,這zhe時shi水shui就jiu會hui通tong過guo溜liu糧liang管guan馬ma上shang進jin入ru烘hong幹gan機ji內nei進jin行xing滅mie火huo。
6、烘幹機監控裝置問題
目前國產糧食烘幹機與國外先進的烘幹機相比較缺少三種監控裝置:yishihonghouliangshuifenzikongzhuangzhi,qiyuanlishiliyonghongganjineijiangsuganzaoduan,shangduanchuyuhuansuzhuangtaideliangshiwenduheganzaojiezhiwendu,laizidongkongzhipailiangjidepailiangsudu,yicishixianhonghouliangshuifenzidongkongzhi。zhebitongguohuayanhonghouliangshuifen、利用人工調整排糧速度,來控製下段時期烘後糧水分的方法更加科學、準確。二是火災自動報警裝置,其原理是通過檢測烘幹機幹燥段上廢氣室內的各點溫度(烘幹機著火、糧食阻塞多發生在幹燥段上),laijiankonghongganjibenshendeyunxingqingkuangheliangshizaihongganjineideganzaoqingkuang。ruguohongganjimouyigeneichuxianzhehuoqianzhaohuozhezusaixianxiangshi,gaibaojingzhuangzhijiuhuifachushengguangbaojingxinhao,yicitishicaozuorenyuanxumashangduihongganjijinxingjianzha、處(chu)理(li),這(zhe)樣(yang)就(jiu)能(neng)避(bi)免(mian)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)失(shi)火(huo)和(he)過(guo)火(huo)糧(liang)的(de)產(chan)生(sheng)。三(san)是(shi)烘(hong)幹(gan)產(chan)量(liang)記(ji)錄(lu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),其(qi)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)記(ji)錄(lu)排(pai)糧(liang)機(ji)的(de)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)圈(quan)數(shu),再(zai)用(yong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)圈(quan)數(shu)乘(cheng)以(yi)排(pai)糧(liang)機(ji)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)一(yi)圈(quan)的(de)排(pai)糧(liang)量(liang),以(yi)此(ci)實(shi)現(xian)烘(hong)幹(gan)產(chan)量(liang)記(ji)錄(lu)。(排pai糧liang機ji每mei旋xuan轉zhuan一yi圈quan的de排pai糧liang量liang基ji本ben上shang是shi恒heng定ding不bu變bian的de,它ta不bu隨sui排pai糧liang機ji轉zhuan速su的de高gao低di而er發fa生sheng變bian化hua。事shi先xian把ba排pai糧liang機ji每mei圈quan平ping均jun排pai糧liang量liang輸shu入ru到dao烘hong幹gan產chan量liang記ji錄lu裝zhuang置zhi裏li,記ji錄lu裝zhuang置zhi就jiu會hui自zi動dong顯xian示shi烘hong幹gan產chan量liang。)這種產量記錄裝置能準確區分每個班組的烘幹產量,利於烘幹人員按勞取酬、提高工作效率,對整個烘幹生產非常適用。因此,筆者建議在今後設計烘幹機時,要力爭安裝上這三種監控裝置。
以上是筆者對目前國產熱風糧食烘幹機的六點看法,如能被設計部門在今後設計烘幹機時借鑒和采納,那麼國產熱風烘幹機的使用性能、安全性能及其烘後糧品質都會大有提高。
