本(ben)研(yan)究(jiu)通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)成(cheng)型(xing)顆(ke)粒(li)燃(ran)料(liao)的(de)燃(ran)燒(shao)特(te)性(xing)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)分(fen)析(xi),針(zhen)對(dui)現(xian)有(you)生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)成(cheng)型(xing)顆(ke)粒(li)燃(ran)料(liao)燃(ran)燒(shao)設(she)備(bei)的(de)不(bu)足(zu)創(chuang)新(xin)設(she)計(ji)出(chu)一(yi)種(zhong)具(ju)有(you)特(te)殊(shu)結(jie)構(gou),特(te)殊(shu)燃(ran)燒(shao)方(fang)式(shi)的(de)新(xin)型(xing)生(sheng)物(wu)質(zhi)鍋(guo)爐(lu),並(bing)對(dui)該(gai)鍋(guo)爐(lu)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)相(xiang)關(guan)性(xing)能(neng)試(shi)驗(yan)。
1、生物質成型顆粒燃料燃燒特性分析
1.1生物質成型顆粒燃料的工業分析
表1列出了玉米稈、小麥稈、稻稈及2種煤的工業分析和發熱量。從表1中可以看出秸稈的含氧量和揮發分遠高於煤;而灰分和固定碳的含量遠低於煤,其熱值也小於煤。因此,生物質成型顆粒燃料的特點決定了它的燃燒具有一定的特征。
1.2原生物質燃燒特性

1.3生物質成型顆粒燃料燃燒特性

揮(hui)發(fa)分(fen)燃(ran)燒(shao)後(hou),剩(sheng)餘(yu)的(de)焦(jiao)炭(tan)骨(gu)架(jia)結(jie)構(gou)緊(jin)密(mi),像(xiang)型(xing)煤(mei)焦(jiao)炭(tan)骨(gu)架(jia)一(yi)樣(yang),運(yun)動(dong)的(de)氣(qi)流(liu)不(bu)能(neng)使(shi)骨(gu)架(jia)解(jie)體(ti)懸(xuan)浮(fu),能(neng)保(bao)持(chi)層(ceng)狀(zhuang)燃(ran)燒(shao),並(bing)且(qie)形(xing)成(cheng)層(ceng)狀(zhuang)燃(ran)燒(shao)核(he)心(xin)。這(zhe)時(shi)炭(tan)的(de)燃(ran)燒(shao)所(suo)需(xu)要(yao)的(de)氧(yang)與(yu)靜(jing)態(tai)滲(shen)透(tou)擴(kuo)散(san)的(de)氧(yang)相(xiang)當(dang),燃(ran)燒(shao)穩(wen)定(ding)持(chi)續(xu),爐(lu)溫(wen)較(jiao)高(gao),從(cong)而(er)減(jian)少(shao)了(le)固(gu)體(ti)與(yu)排(pai)煙(yan)熱(re)損(sun)失(shi)。在(zai)燃(ran)燒(shao)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)可(ke)以(yi)清(qing)楚(chu)的(de)看(kan)到(dao)炭(tan)的(de)燃(ran)燒(shao)過(guo)程(cheng),藍(lan)色(se)火(huo)焰(yan)包(bao)裹(guo)著(zhe)明(ming)亮(liang)的(de)炭(tan)塊(kuai),燃(ran)燒(shao)時(shi)間(jian)明(ming)顯(xian)延(yan)長(chang)。
總之,生物質成型顆粒燃料燃燒均勻適中,燃燒所需的氧量與外界滲透擴散的氧量能夠較好匹配,燃燒波浪較小,燃燒相對穩定。
1.4生物質成型顆粒燃料與煤的燃燒特性比較

2、鍋爐的設計
2.1主要設計參數
鍋爐產水量(鍋爐出力)G-500kg/h,進水溫度T=20℃,出水溫度T=95℃,冷空氣溫度為20℃。由於缺乏有關生物質成型顆粒燃料鍋爐設計參數,根據秸稈成型顆粒燃料的成分、發熱量及燃燒與中值煙煤相當的特性,鍋爐特性參數的選取中值煙煤為參考進行選取。其固體不完全燃燒損失q4=3%,排煙溫度為100℃,排煙損失q2=8%,氣體不完全燃燒損失q=1%,散熱損失qs =5%,灰渣物理熱損失q=2%,爐排麵積熱強度qR=370 kW/m2,爐膛容積熱強度qv一340 kW/m2,輻射受熱麵強度qf=70 kW/m2,爐膛過剩空氣係數ajl一1.7,排煙處過剩空氣係數apj=1.85,煙道總阻力333 Pa。
2.2反燒式生物質成型顆粒燃料鍋爐結構布置
新型生物質成型顆粒燃料鍋爐采用反燒結構。包括鍋爐本體、開水箱、溫水箱、橫向熱交換水管組、隔煙板、煙氣淨化器、引風機、煙囪等部分組成,其結構布置如圖1。zaiguolutineishangxiashezhideshanglutanghexialutang,shanglutangzhitongzhiguolutidingbuyuwaijiexiangtong,shezhirenkouweijinliaokou,jinliaokouchangkai,zuoweitouranliaoyugongyingkongqizhiyong。lutizhengmianshezhiyoufengmenhechuhuikoufenbieyuxialutanghejihuishixiangtong。youfengmenjinruxialutangdeercifengshiweiranjindeqitizaicichujinyiburanshao。kaishuixiangyuwenshuixiangdeneiqiangzuoweiyandaoxiaduanyuxialutangpaiyandaoliantong,neiqiangshezhiyouhengxiangrejiaohuanshuiguanzu。wenshuixiangneiqiangshangbanbufenyouyikuaigeyanbanzongxiangfengecheng2個空間,排煙口處設置有煙氣淨化器,內置高效過濾材料。
反燒式生物質成型顆粒燃料鍋爐的工作原理是:shengwuzhichengxingkeliranliaocongshangbujinliaokoujiarudaoshanglutangnei。guoluyunxingshishanglupaishangdezhireranliaoheweiranjindeweili,zaiyinfengjihezhonglizuoyongxia,yibianranshaoyibianxiangxiadiaoluo,luozaixialupaishang,weiwanquanranshaoderanliaokelijixuranshao,ranjindehuilicongxialupailuorenjihuishizhong。yanqiyouxialutangpaiyandaojinrukaishuixiangneiqiang,congrejiaohuanshuiguanzuneibujianxichuanguo,zaiyoukaishuixiangpaiyandaojinruwenshuixiang;yanqizaiwenshuixiangneiqianggeyanbandedaoxiangxiachuanguorejiaohuanshuiguanzuneibudejianxijinruyanqijinghuaqi,jingguojinhuachulihoucongwenshuixiangdepaiyankoupaichu,tongguoyinfengjijinruyancong。
3、生物質成型顆粒燃料鍋爐試驗
根據GB/T101080-2003《工業鍋爐熱工性能試驗規範》、GWPB321999《鍋爐大氣汙染物排放標準》及GB5468-1991《鍋爐煙塵測試方法》,對該生物質成型顆粒燃料鍋爐熱性能及環保指標進行測試。
3.1主要測試儀器
WJ-60B型皮托管平行全自動煙塵采樣器;(2)2000A手持式快速紅外測溫儀,測量精度為讀數值1%±1℃;(3)SWJ精密數字熱電偶溫度計,精度為±0.3%;(4)U型玻璃管壓力計,精度為1.0級;(5)大氣壓力計,精度為1.0級;(6)磅稱,米尺,秒表,水桶。
3.2試驗結果
試驗燃料為:成型玉米稈;成型稻稈;成型小麥稈。燃料直徑均為45mm,密度為1.15 t/m3,含水率為7. 0%,收到基淨發熱量分別為15 847kj/kg、15751 kj/kg、15 380 kj/kg。試驗結果見表2。
4、結語
(1)由3種不同類型生物質成型顆粒燃料試驗得出的結果可以看出,根據其燃燒規律設計出的專用鍋爐的熱效率達到了設計要求,且3個試驗的熱效率相近,說明設計出的專用鍋爐對生物質燃料的適應性強,證明了該設計方法的可行性和科學性。
(2)從cong試shi驗yan過guo程cheng可ke以yi看kan出chu,采cai用yong雙shuang爐lu排pai反fan燒shao結jie構gou,冷leng空kong氣qi和he生sheng物wu質zhi成cheng型xing顆ke粒li燃ran料liao不bu直zhi接jie進jin入ru燃ran燒shao室shi,使shi燃ran料liao從cong上shang爐lu排pai到dao剛gang投tou入ru爐lu內nei的de新xin料liao層ceng溫wen度du逐zhu漸jian降jiang低di形xing成cheng溫wen度du梯ti度du,使shi揮hui發fa分fen的de析xi出chu速su度du相xiang對dui平ping穩wen,解jie決jue了le生sheng物wu質zhi成cheng型xing顆ke粒li燃ran料liao燃ran燒shao的de不bu穩wen定ding現xian象xiang;灰渣在料層的壓力和自身的重力作用下自動下落,基本上解決了秸稈成型顆粒燃料結渣對燃燒產生的不利影響。
(3)成(cheng)型(xing)顆(ke)粒(li)燃(ran)料(liao)燃(ran)燒(shao)排(pai)放(fang)的(de)煙(yan)氣(qi)依(yi)次(ci)經(jing)過(guo)開(kai)水(shui)箱(xiang)和(he)溫(wen)水(shui)箱(xiang)內(nei)腔(qiang),進(jin)行(xing)多(duo)級(ji)換(huan)熱(re),最(zui)後(hou)從(cong)煙(yan)囪(cong)排(pai)人(ren)大(da)氣(qi)中(zhong),而(er)開(kai)水(shui)箱(xiang)和(he)溫(wen)水(shui)箱(xiang)內(nei)腔(qiang)的(de)橫(heng)向(xiang)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan)水(shui)管(guan)組(zu)收(shou)集(ji)的(de)熱(re)量(liang)通(tong)過(guo)熱(re)水(shui)補(bu)充(chong)到(dao)鍋(guo)爐(lu)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan)水(shui)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用(yong)了(le)煙(yan)氣(qi)餘(yu)熱(re),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)鍋(guo)爐(lu)的(de)熱(re)效(xiao)率(lv)。
(4)試驗除開始點火時有少量白煙(因生物質成型顆粒燃料內含有生物質堿,白煙屬於生物質堿)外,鍋爐正常運行後,整個過程燃燒連續平穩,排煙中不完全燃燒物損失小。鍋爐排煙口處設置有煙氣淨化器,內置高效過濾材料(原料來源廣泛,可以隨時更換)可有效脫除煙氣中的焦油和灰分。鍋爐排煙中CO、SO2、NOx和煙塵濃度等環保指標遠遠低於燃煤鍋爐,符合國家工業鍋爐大氣汙染物排放標準要求。
