1、設計方案的確定
剛收獲的南瓜籽,水分在60%~70%之(zhi)間(jian),而(er)且(qie)由(you)於(yu)南(nan)瓜(gua)含(han)糖(tang)較(jiao)多(duo),使(shi)得(de)南(nan)瓜(gua)籽(zi)的(de)表(biao)麵(mian)黏(nian)結(jie)性(xing)很(hen)強(qiang),即(ji)使(shi)是(shi)用(yong)水(shui)漂(piao)洗(xi)過(guo)的(de)南(nan)瓜(gua)籽(zi),幹(gan)燥(zao)後(hou)有(you)不(bu)少(shao)仍(reng)黏(nian)在(zai)一(yi)起(qi),須(xu)攪(jiao)動(dong)才(cai)能(neng)使(shi)之(zhi)散(san)開(kai)。烘(hong)幹(gan)南(nan)瓜(gua)籽(zi)主(zhu)要(yao)應(ying)解(jie)決(jue)降(jiang)水(shui)幅(fu)度(du)大(da)和(he)烘(hong)幹(gan)後(hou)的(de)籽(zi)粒(li)易(yi)黏(nian)連(lian)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)架(jia)空(kong)現(xian)象(xiang),所(suo)以(yi)南(nan)瓜(gua)籽(zi)烘幹機的結構應能滿足這兩方麵的要求。

烘幹溫度對幹燥速度的影響非常大,溫度越高,幹燥速度越快。但是,南瓜籽的結構特征是:mianjibijiaoda,erqiebanhenbo,tongyangdejiegou,hongganwenduguogaoshi,ruguoshoureshaoyoubujunjiyichanshengbianxing,bianxinghoudenanguazi,suiranbuhuiyingxiangpinzhi,danwaiguancha,huijiangdidengji。yincihongganwendubunengguogao,jingceshi,wendukongzhizai60~70℃之間,比較合適。

南瓜收獲期不超過1個月,而收獲的南瓜籽必須及時脫水,否則就無法儲存,也就是說烘幹機的使用時間不超過1個(ge)月(yue),若(ruo)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)隻(zhi)限(xian)於(yu)烘(hong)南(nan)瓜(gua)籽(zi),其(qi)利(li)用(yong)率(lv)就(jiu)太(tai)低(di)了(le),也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)浪(lang)費(fei),因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)設(she)計(ji)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)結(jie)構(gou)時(shi),我(wo)們(men)在(zai)參(can)考(kao)了(le)許(xu)多(duo)大(da)型(xing)連(lian)續(xu)式(shi)穀(gu)物(wu)幹(gan)燥(zao)機(ji)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)後(hou),將(jiang)該(gai)機(ji)設(she)計(ji)為(wei)多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)連(lian)續(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)式(shi),即(ji):不用停機可同時進料和出料。並且該機不僅能烘南瓜籽,也可烘幹麥類、豆類和玉米等其他作物,提高了設備利用率。
由於該機直接麵對農戶,生產率的確定就應以能夠在收獲期內將每天收獲的南瓜籽及時烘幹為前提。根據農戶提出的每天(24h)烘幹1~2t南瓜籽的要求,該機烘南瓜籽的生產率確定為170kg/h。
綜上所述,該機的設計方案為薄糧層,低溫,大風量,多功能連續式工作,生產率為170kg/h。
2、結構特點和工作原理
2.1結構特點
烘幹機組結構如圖1所示。
該機是小型烘幹機,為減小結構尺寸,簡化機構,降低成本,主要由料箱、烘(hong)幹(gan)段(duan)和(he)排(pai)料(liao)機(ji)構(gou)組(zu)成(cheng),省(sheng)略(lve)了(le)緩(huan)蘇(su)段(duan),因(yin)而(er),烘(hong)幹(gan)後(hou)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)緩(huan)蘇(su)要(yao)在(zai)機(ji)外(wai)進(jin)行(xing)。該(gai)機(ji)的(de)烘(hong)幹(gan)段(duan)采(cai)用(yong)折(zhe)板(ban)式(shi)結(jie)構(gou),待(dai)烘(hong)物(wu)料(liao)自(zi)然(ran)堆(dui)積(ji)在(zai)內(nei)外(wai)折(zhe)板(ban)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)空(kong)腔(qiang)內(nei),熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)由(you)上(shang)下(xia)折(zhe)板(ban)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)空(kong)當(dang)通(tong)過(guo),穿(chuan)過(guo)物(wu)料(liao)走(zou)了(le)近(jin)似(si)型(xing)的(de)路(lu)線(xian)。較(jiao)之(zhi)熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)直(zhi)接(jie)通(tong)過(guo)篩(shai)網(wang)穿(chuan)透(tou)物(wu)料(liao)的(de)烘(hong)幹(gan)段(duan)結(jie)構(gou)相(xiang)比(bi),在(zai)折(zhe)板(ban)之(zhi)間(jian),熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)走(zou)的(de)是(shi)曲(qu)線(xian),增(zeng)多(duo)了(le)與(yu)物(wu)料(liao)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)機(ji)會(hui),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)換(huan)熱(re)效(xiao)率(lv),而(er)且(qie)在(zai)折(zhe)板(ban)內(nei),熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)可(ke)互(hu)相(xiang)交(jiao)會(hui),在(zai)物(wu)料(liao)中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)了(le)擾(rao)動(dong)作(zuo)用(yong),可(ke)以(yi)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)減(jian)小(xiao)物(wu)料(liao)烘(hong)幹(gan)的(de)不(bu)勻(yun)度(du)。
排料采用撥板機構,該機構的特點是結構簡單而且物料的破碎率低。不排料時,物料按休止角自然堆積在托板11和滑板9之間。排料時,隨著撥板10的擺動,物料被撥動並從托板兩端落下。與此同時,料箱和烘幹段內的物料下落,填補排料產生的空缺,使排料能連續進行。

2.2工作原理

加滿物料後,啟動熱風爐和風機,熱風就會通過風道4,送(song)到(dao)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)內(nei),在(zai)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)內(nei),熱(re)風(feng)經(jing)過(guo)內(nei)折(zhe)板(ban)間(jian)的(de)空(kong)當(dang)時(shi)入(ru)烘(hong)幹(gan)段(duan)內(nei)與(yu)物(wu)料(liao)進(jin)行(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan)後(hou)的(de)氣(qi)體(ti)和(he)物(wu)料(liao)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)通(tong)過(guo)外(wai)折(zhe)板(ban)間(jian)的(de)空(kong)檔(dang)而(er)被(bei)排(pai)出(chu)機(ji)外(wai),熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)運(yun)動(dong)路(lu)線(xian)如(ru)圖(tu)1中zhong箭jian頭tou所suo示shi。該gai機ji烘hong幹gan段duan是shi外wai露lu的de,烘hong一yi段duan時shi間jian後hou,可ke通tong過guo外wai折zhe板ban間jian的de空kong當dang取qu樣yang觀guan測ce,發fa現xian水shui分fen適shi當dang就jiu啟qi動dong排pai料liao機ji構gou進jin行xing排pai料liao。排pai料liao機ji構gou由you調tiao速su電dian機ji和he撥bo板ban組zu成cheng,調tiao整zheng電dian機ji轉zhuan速su可ke調tiao節jie撥bo板ban擺bai動dong的de頻pin率lv,實shi現xian不bu同tong的de排pai料liao速su度du。工gong作zuo時shi,可ke根gen據ju實shi際ji情qing況kuang選xuan擇ze連lian續xu排pai料liao和he間jian斷duan排pai料liao兩liang種zhong方fang式shi。連lian續xu排pai料liao就jiu是shi調tiao整zheng好hao排pai料liao機ji構gou的de排pai量liang,使shi其qi不bu間jian斷duan地di工gong作zuo。該gai方fang法fa適shi合he於yu水shui分fen小xiao,烘hong幹gan速su度du較jiao快kuai的de物wu料liao,間jian斷duan排pai料liao就jiu是shi烘hong完wan一yi段duan,排pai出chu一yi段duan,物wu料liao在zai烘hong幹gan機ji內nei不bu是shi連lian續xu運yun動dong的de,而er是shi斷duan續xu的de。該gai方fang法fa適shi合he烘hong幹gan水shui分fen大da,烘hong幹gan速su度du慢man的de物wu料liao。南nan瓜gua籽zi就jiu適shi合he用yong該gai方fang法fa烘hong幹gan。
由you於yu南nan瓜gua籽zi黏nian性xing大da,烘hong幹gan後hou易yi架jia空kong,影ying響xiang物wu料liao流liu動dong。因yin此ci,需xu要yao人ren工gong及ji時shi處chu理li使shi之zhi消xiao除chu。該gai機ji沒mei有you緩huan蘇su段duan,所suo以yi,排pai出chu的de物wu料liao要yao進jin行xing攤tan涼liang,待dai其qi降jiang溫wen後hou才cai能neng儲chu存cun,否fou則ze易yi回hui潮chao。
3、試驗和結論
該機共試製2台,於當年10月分別進行烘幹南瓜籽的生產試驗。經試驗測定,各項指標均達到了設計要求,且與設計計算的數值比較吻合。用盧比較滿意。其中1台在烘完南瓜籽後被用戶用來烘幹有機顆粒肥。該顆粒肥由畜禽糞便加一定量的黏土和添加劑經過機械攪拌和擠壓而成。直徑6mm,長度20~30mm,密度為0.90~ 0.96g/ cm3。原始水分23%~30%,烘幹後要求水分低於13%。經測試該機烘顆粒肥時,生產率為700~1 000kg/h,而且操作簡單,方便,用戶對此非常滿意,充分體現了該機的多功能通用性。
