1、張緊傳動裝置係統在懸掛式輸送機中的應用

生產企業可以根據實際生產需要,選擇不同的張緊裝置自行設計非標準的複合式傳動係統。
為(wei)了(le)保(bao)證(zheng)生(sheng)產(chan)安(an)全(quan),懸(xuan)掛(gua)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)點(dian)最(zui)大(da)吊(diao)重(zhong)有(you)嚴(yan)格(ge)的(de)規(gui)定(ding),不(bu)同(tong)的(de)型(xing)號(hao)對(dui)應(ying)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)吊(diao)重(zhong)。同(tong)時(shi),輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)對(dui)最(zui)小(xiao)吊(diao)掛(gua)間(jian)距(ju)也(ye)有(you)要(yao)求(qiu),一(yi)般(ban)考(kao)慮(lv)保(bao)證(zheng)產(chan)量(liang)的(de)前(qian)提(ti)下(xia),在(zai)水(shui)平(ping)和(he)垂(chui)直(zhi)轉(zhuan)彎(wan)時(shi),工(gong)件(jian)最(zui)小(xiao)間(jian)距(ju)200 mm左右,當係統工作時,各段張力偏差較大時容易發生爬行。此時需重新調整驅動、張緊位置以及上下工件的位置。當線路較長、載荷較重、超過單機許用牽引力時我采用雙驅動雙張緊裝置就能解決這一問題。
吊(diao)掛(gua)工(gong)件(jian)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)和(he)重(zhong)量(liang)不(bu)一(yi)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),經(jing)常(chang)前(qian)一(yi)批(pi)工(gong)件(jian)很(hen)重(zhong),而(er)後(hou)麵(mian)的(de)一(yi)批(pi)又(you)非(fei)常(chang)輕(qing),甚(shen)至(zhi)吊(diao)具(ju)空(kong)載(zai),運(yun)行(xing)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)爬(pa)行(xing)或(huo)停(ting)車(che)現(xian)象(xiang),在(zai)下(xia)坡(po)段(duan)有(you)鏈(lian)條(tiao)堆(dui)積(ji)現(xian)象(xiang),出(chu)現(xian)負(fu)張(zhang)力(li)。這(zhe)時(shi)在(zai)鏈(lian)條(tiao)堆(dui)積(ji)處(chu)設(she)置(zhi)張(zhang)緊(jin)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),就(jiu)能(neng)得(de)到(dao)很(hen)好(hao)的(de)解(jie)決(jue)。
2、積放式傳動係統在懸掛式輸送機中的應用

當停止指令發出時,第一輛載貨小車的升降爪由於前鏟的重力而升起。這樣,後麵運行過來的牽引鏈條推杆就將第—輛載貨小車帶走。當第—liangzaihuoxiaochegangyilikai,weibanjiugendierliangxiaochedeqianchantuoli,dierliangzaihuoxiaochedeshengjiangzhaoyoushengqi,bingqieyegenzhebeiqianyinliantuidaizou,zheyangzaihuoxiaochejiu—輛又—輛地陸續被帶走。
3、雙軌同步超長軸傳動係統實例運用
長(chang)期(qi)以(yi)來(lai),多(duo)機(ji)拖(tuo)動(dong)在(zai)懸(xuan)掛(gua)喻(yu)送(song)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)較(jiao)長(chang)線(xian)路(lu)中(zhong)同(tong)步(bu)問(wen)題(ti)一(yi)直(zhi)較(jiao)難(nan)解(jie)決(jue),較(jiao)簡(jian)單(dan)方(fang)案(an),同(tong)步(bu)不(bu)好(hao)控(kong)製(zhi),較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za)方(fang)案(an)成(cheng)本(ben)較(jiao)高(gao),用(yong)戶(hu)較(jiao)難(nan)接(jie)受(shou)。能(neng)否(fou)打(da)破(po)傳(chuan)統(tong)設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案(an),由(you)傳(chuan)統(tong)多(duo)機(ji)串(chuan)聯(lian)拖(tuo)動(dong)改(gai)為(wei)較(jiao)大(da)功(gong)率(lv)單(dan)機(ji)並(bing)聯(lian)雙(shuang)軌(gui)拖(tuo)動(dong);采用多維方向對稱傳動軸傳動,使係統線路絕對同步是當前較新研究課題。
本人經過多年研究與實踐,將此運用到了四川某汽車廠車架子電泳塗裝生產線中的懸掛輸送係統,該車架子自重1200kg,采用四點吊掛,橫向同步運行,空載時水平回轉90°2×6次,180°2×1次,負載時升降2x9次(R3000、30°)綜合包角2×1260°=2520°,大大超過1800°設計極限。該係統采用單機7.5 k W交頻電機同步對稱三維方向長達24米傳動軸傳動,牽引力2x4100kg,超過該機單軌許用引力2500kg,是1.64倍,因結構簡單,成本較低,維修方便,該生產線2008年1 1月中投產至今,運行良好,未發生意外故障,達到了設計要求。
變維方向傳動比采用1:1,90°護(hu)傘(san)齒(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)傳(chuan)動(dong)。軸(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)采(cai)用(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)尼(ni)龍(long)十(shi)字(zi)塊(kuai)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)連(lian)接(jie)。由(you)於(yu)係(xi)統(tong)同(tong)步(bu)性(xing)好(hao),所(suo)以(yi),係(xi)統(tong)張(zhang)力(li)均(jun)衡(heng),沒(mei)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)局(ju)部(bu)衝(chong)擊(ji)力(li),故(gu)在(zai)牽(qian)引(yin)力(li)較(jiao)大(da)時(shi)鏈(lian)條(tiao)不(bu)會(hui)拉(la)伸(shen)。
4、小結
積放式傳動係統懸掛輸送機適應性強,能夠定位和分支、定ding點dian停ting位wei,實shi現xian自zi動dong化hua的de生sheng產chan流liu水shui線xian,但dan其qi製zhi造zao成cheng本ben較jiao高gao,使shi用yong於yu大da型xing的de企qi業ye生sheng產chan線xian,雙shuang張zhang緊jin傳chuan動dong係xi統tong懸xuan掛gua輸shu送song機ji簡jian單dan實shi用yong,也ye廣guang泛fan應ying用yong於yu小xiao型xing的de企qi韭jiu生sheng產chan線xian中zhong,而er雙shuang軌gui同tong步bu傳chuan動dong係xi統tong中zhong的de應ying用yong較jiao好hao的de解jie決jue了le超chao長chang、超寬、起重物件的正常輸送問題。所以設計時要根據企業的實際情況,選擇最合適的傳動係統設計方案,達到資源的優化利用。
