複合固體推進劑組分中通常包含多種含能材料,這些材料具有能量高、易燃、易(yi)爆(bao)等(deng)特(te)點(dian)。混(hun)合(he)是(shi)複(fu)合(he)固(gu)體(ti)推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)中(zhong)最(zui)關(guan)鍵(jian)和(he)必(bi)不(bu)可(ke)缺(que)的(de)步(bu)驟(zhou)。在(zai)混(hun)合(he)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),這(zhe)些(xie)材(cai)料(liao)相(xiang)互(hu)之(zhi)間(jian)既(ji)有(you)物(wu)理(li)作(zuo)用(yong)又(you)有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)化(hua)學(xue)反(fan)應(ying)。一(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)這(zhe)個(ge)階(jie)段(duan)也(ye)是(shi)複(fu)合(he)固(gu)體(ti)推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)製備工藝中最危險的階段。從國內外文獻的統計表明,在混合階段發生的安全事故是最多的。誘發安全事故有兩方麵的原因。第一是含能材料本身是易燃、易爆的;第di二er是shi混hun合he設she備bei存cun在zai導dao致zhi含han能neng材cai料liao發fa生sheng安an全quan事shi故gu的de可ke能neng性xing。根gen據ju含han能neng材cai料liao的de特te性xing,在zai設she計ji階jie段duan對dui混hun合he設she備bei的de結jie構gou進jin行xing針zhen對dui性xing設she計ji和he采cai取qu相xiang應ying措cuo施shi是shi提ti高gao混hun合he過guo程cheng安an全quan性xing的de重zhong要yao前qian提ti和he基ji礎chu,富fu通tong新xin能neng源yuan生sheng產chan銷xiao售shou小型飼料攪拌機、雙軸調製機等機械設備。
異形槳行星運動立式混合機的設計原則是:杜絕設備結構因素對含能材料的混合產生的安全事故;在事故發生時,采取相應措施降低破壞程度,尤其是提高人員的安全保障水平。根據相關資料分析引起危險的主要因素有過度摩擦、靜電火花、多餘物等。本文著重論述為保障混合過程的安全而采取的結構設計特點。
2、消除過度摩擦的設計
2.1采用液壓係統做動力

2.2采用立式結構

2.5建立扭矩控製係統

3.1增強容納異物的能力
3.1.1增加間隙
