1.1.1.3校(xiao)核(he)風(feng)機(ji)風(feng)量(liang)是(shi)否(fou)足(zu)夠(gou),因(yin)為(wei)熱(re)風(feng)爐(lu)燃(ran)燒(shao)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)高(gao)溫(wen)煙(yan)道(dao)氣(qi)需(xu)靠(kao)引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)通(tong)過(guo)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi),在(zai)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)加(jia)熱(re)熱(re)風(feng)機(ji)吸(xi)人(ren)或(huo)鼓(gu)出(chu)的(de)冷(leng)風(feng),如(ru)果(guo)引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)風(feng)量(liang)過(guo)小(xiao),就(jiu)不(bu)會(hui)有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)熱(re)量(liang)進(jin)入(ru)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi),熱(re)風(feng)溫(wen)度(du)就(jiu)無(wu)法(fa)達(da)到(dao)要(yao)求(qiu),作(zuo)為(wei)新(xin)設(she)備(bei)主(zhu)要(yao)從(cong)引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)的(de)型(xing)號(hao)與(yu)設(she)計(ji)是(shi)否(fou)一(yi)致(zhi),安(an)裝(zhuang)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)問(wen)題(ti),電(dian)機(ji)是(shi)否(fou)反(fan)轉(zhuan),風(feng)機(ji)皮(pi)帶(dai)是(shi)否(fou)鬆(song)馳(chi),煙(yan)道(dao)是(shi)否(fou)堵(du)塞(sai)等(deng)幾(ji)方(fang)麵(mian)查(zha)找(zhao)原(yuan)因(yin)。
1.1.2如果熱風溫度一開始正常,爐子使用一段時間後出現問題,則應從以下幾方麵查找原因:引yin風feng機ji是shi否fou因yin長chang期qi使shi用yong,葉ye輪lun磨mo損sun嚴yan重zhong,造zao成cheng風feng量liang下xia降jiang,這zhe種zhong情qing況kuang一yi般ban伴ban隨sui引yin風feng機ji劇ju烈lie振zhen動dong。換huan熱re器qi下xia與yu煙yan道dao內nei是shi否fou集ji灰hui過guo多duo,造zao成cheng堵du塞sai,換huan熱re器qi鋼gang管guan內nei是shi否fou因yin長chang期qi使shi用yong結jie有you過guo多duo灰hui垢gou,堵du塞sai鋼gang管guan並bing使shi其qi傳chuan熱re能neng力li下xia降jiang。這zhe種zhong情qing況kuang要yao徹che底di停ting機ji清qing理li,清qing理li難nan度du非fei常chang大da,換huan熱re器qi內nei的de結jie垢gou非fei常chang堅jian硬ying,常chang需xu用yong電dian鑽zuan才cai能neng清qing理li掉diao,所suo以yi建jian議yi烘hong幹gan機ji用yong戶hu盡jin量liang使shi用yong優you質zhi煤mei,並bing加jia一yi些xie助zhu燃ran劑ji,以yi減jian少shao結jie垢gou.
1.2爐溫燒不高
爐溫燒不到要求溫度,最常見的原因是因為煤品質不好,燃值過低,發熱量不夠造成的。如果排除煤質原因可從鼓風機、引風機的風量、煤層厚度等幾方麵查找原因。
1.3爐排和出渣機經常卡死

2、烘幹機部分
2.1烘幹機出現糊糧或著火
糧食出現糊糧或著火肯定是塔內糧食出現局部過熱,達到了糧食糊化點或燃點,造成這一現象的原因主要有:
2.1.1熱風溫度過高或者換熱器有跑火現象 出(chu)現(xian)糊(hu)糧(liang)或(huo)者(zhe)著(zhe)火(huo)首(shou)先(xian)應(ying)該(gai)檢(jian)查(zha)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)是(shi)否(fou)跑(pao)火(huo),跑(pao)火(huo)一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)由(you)於(yu)安(an)裝(zhuang)時(shi)沒(mei)有(you)密(mi)封(feng)好(hao)煙(yan)道(dao)氣(qi)與(yu)幹(gan)淨(jing)熱(re)風(feng)或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)由(you)於(yu)長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)使(shi)用(yong),導(dao)致(zhi)管(guan)子(zi)破(po)裂(lie),一(yi)般(ban)通(tong)過(guo)熱(re)風(feng)管(guan)路(lu)的(de)檢(jian)修(xiu)門(men)或(huo)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)管(guan)路(lu)上(shang)鑽(zuan)孔(kong)檢(jian)查(zha)便(bian)可(ke)發(fa)現(xian).
熱風溫度高一般有以下幾個原因:①操作失誤,把熱風溫度燒得過高;⑦熱風的測溫熱電偶和測溫儀表使用一段時同會失準,造成顯示的熱風溫度與實際熱風溫度不符,最好每年用溫度計校核一次測溫元件;③zaicaiyongzhengyagufengdehonggangongyizhong,cewenredianouanzhuangweizhibudui,daozhisuocewendubushifengguanneidepingjunwendu,bipingjunwendudi,zhezhongqingkuangyibanzaishebeitiaoshishijiuhuifaxian。④熱風機出現故障或調風門因振動而關閉都會造成熱風溫度過高。
2.1.2塔(ta)內(nei)糧(liang)食(shi)流(liu)通(tong)是(shi)否(fou)通(tong)暢(chang),有(you)無(wu)堵(du)塞(sai)現(xian)象(xiang)烘(hong)幹(gan)塔(ta)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)封(feng)閉(bi)的(de)空(kong)間(jian),在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)無(wu)法(fa)觀(guan)察(cha)到(dao)裏(li)邊(bian)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang),容(rong)易(yi)造(zao)成(cheng)塔(ta)內(nei)糧(liang)食(shi)積(ji)聚(ju)。一(yi)般(ban)幹(gan)燥(zao)塔(ta)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)方(fang)形(xing)或(huo)者(zhe)圓(yuan)形(xing)的(de)容(rong)器(qi),糧(liang)食(shi)從(cong)塔(ta)頂(ding)進(jin)入(ru),由(you)於(yu)糧(liang)食(shi)在(zai)塔(ta)內(nei)的(de)自(zi)流(liu),而(er)糧(liang)食(shi)內(nei)輕(qing)雜(za)過(guo)多(duo)且(qie)粒(li)度(du)一(yi)般(ban)比(bi)糧(liang)食(shi)稍(shao)大(da),很(hen)容(rong)易(yi)結(jie)塊(kuai)堵(du)塞(sai),造(zao)成(cheng)塔(ta)內(nei)糧(liang)食(shi)局(ju)部(bu)過(guo)熱(re),所(suo)以(yi)進(jin)塔(ta)前(qian)糧(liang)食(shi)的(de)清(qing)理(li)非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao).幹(gan)燥(zao)塔(ta)排(pai)糧(liang)機(ji)構(gou)故(gu)障(zhang)造(zao)成(cheng)塔(ta)內(nei)排(pai)糧(liang)不(bu)均(jun)勻(yun),過(guo)去(qu)的(de)烘(hong)幹(gan)塔(ta)有(you)很(hen)多(duo)用(yong)振(zhen)動(dong)排(pai)糧(liang)機(ji)構(gou),振(zhen)動(dong)板(ban)上(shang)有(you)很(hen)多(duo)漏(lou)鬥(dou),個(ge)別(bie)漏(lou)鬥(dou)堵(du)塞(sai)就(jiu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)局(ju)部(bu)區(qu)域(yu)堵(du)糧(liang),一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)經(jing)常(chang)檢(jian)查(zha);現xian在zai大da部bu分fen烘hong幹gan采cai用yong六liu葉ye輪lun在zai烘hong幹gan塔ta截jie麵mian上shang強qiang製zhi排pai糧liang,但dan由you於yu長chang時shi間jian使shi用yong,淌tang糧liang板ban變bian形xing或huo者zhe安an裝zhuang不bu當dang,使shi淌tang糧liang板ban與yu六liu葉ye輪lun的de間jian隙xi過guo大da也ye會hui造zao成cheng塔ta內nei糧liang食shi流liu速su不bu均jun勻yun,造zao成cheng糧liang食shi水shui分fen不bu均jun勻yun,嚴yan重zhong會hui導dao致zhi糊hu糧liang或huo著zhe火huo。
2.1.3熱風道內是否有隔熱層或隔熱層是否脫落
混流幹燥機一般都有一個或多個熱風道,熱風道的一麵是糧食,一麵是熱風,中間隻有一層2—2.5 mm的(de)鋼(gang)板(ban),如(ru)果(guo)熱(re)風(feng)道(dao)靠(kao)熱(re)風(feng)一(yi)側(ce)沒(mei)有(you)采(cai)取(qu)隔(ge)熱(re)措(cuo)施(shi),鋼(gang)板(ban)長(chang)期(qi)處(chu)於(yu)高(gao)溫(wen)熱(re)風(feng)的(de)烘(hong)烤(kao)之(zhi)下(xia),溫(wen)度(du)接(jie)近(jin)熱(re)風(feng)溫(wen)度(du),長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)與(yu)之(zhi)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)就(jiu)會(hui)糊(hu)化(hua),時(shi)間(jian)長(chang)了(le)甚(shen)至(zhi)會(hui)著(zhe)火(huo)。
2.1.4幹燥塔安裝質量差造成熱風短路無論是混流、順逆流或橫流幹燥機,如果製造安裝精度低,從熱風的進口到出口出現局部阻力小(即跑風現象),則從該處通過的熱風就會比正常地方多很多,那麼附近的糧食就會過幹,到一定程度就會糊糧或著火。
2.1.5烘幹塔突然長時間停機烘幹機係統突然長時間停機,塔內糧食攜帶大量的熱量而無法流動,中間熱量散發不出來,會造成局部過熱.lingwaiyouyuturantingjirefengluneidewenduhengao,tongguorefengguandaohuijinrushaoliangqiti,zhexieqitijingwenduhengaodehuanreqihouhuihenkuaishengwen,gaowenreqijinruganzaoji,yehuizaochengtaneijubuliangshiguoreerdadaorandian.所以如遇這種情況應先排糧,等塔上部儲糧段內的糧食開始均勻往下時,再打開熱風機開始烘幹。
2.2烘後糧食水分不均勻度過高
對dui此ci類lei問wen題ti要yao設she法fa在zai幹gan燥zao塔ta不bu同tong高gao度du的de截jie麵mian上shang取qu多duo點dian測ce量liang糧liang食shi溫wen度du並bing詳xiang細xi記ji錄lu,糧liang食shi溫wen度du高gao的de部bu位wei糧liang食shi水shui分fen肯ken定ding比bi較jiao低di,分fen析xi塔ta內nei糧liang情qing記ji錄lu,找zhao出chu規gui律lv,據ju此ci分fen析xi糧liang溫wen高gao的de原yuan因yin,出chu現xian糧liang溫wen不bu均jun勻yun是shi多duo種zhong原yuan因yin造zao成cheng的de,應ying綜zong合he采cai用yong多duo種zhong措cuo施shi解jie決jue。
2.3 糧食破碎率或爆腰率過高
烘hong後hou糧liang食shi品pin質zhi和he幹gan燥zao效xiao率lv是shi一yi對dui予yu盾dun體ti,如ru果guo想xiang提ti高gao效xiao率lv,必bi須xu采cai用yong較jiao強qiang的de幹gan燥zao條tiao件jian,如ru采cai用yong較jiao高gao的de熱re風feng溫wen度du等deng,會hui造zao成cheng糧liang食shi品pin質zhi下xia降jiang,所suo以yi應ying根gen據ju糧liang食shi品pin種zhong和he烘hong幹gan後hou糧liang食shi的de用yong途tu選xuan用yong合he適shi的de幹gan燥zao機ji型xing和he幹gan燥zao條tiao件jian。
2.4幹糧中出現水分很高的糧粒
zhezhongqingkuangyibanchuxianzaidongbeidiquhonggangaoshuifenyumishi,kaishihongganqiantaneiyuxianzhuangmanshiliang,youyudongbeidiquwaibuwenduhendi,zaizhuangliangguochengzhonggaoshuifenlianghuijiebingerzhanfuzaiganzaojideqiangbanshang,zaikaishihongganhouganzaoduandeliangshishourehouhenkuaironghua,erlengqueduanhehuansuduandeliangshijiechubudaorefeng,daozhizhanfuzaitabishangdejiebingliangshiwufahenkuaituoluo,suizheshangbuganzaohoudeliangshiwangxialiudongmanmantuoluo,ersuiganliangpaichu,yibankechixu2~3d。每(mei)次(ci)開(kai)塔(ta)時(shi)在(zai)下(xia)部(bu)墊(dian)一(yi)些(xie)水(shui)分(fen)比(bi)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)玉(yu)米(mi)即(ji)可(ke)解(jie)決(jue)。如(ru)果(guo)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)一(yi)直(zhi)有(you)濕(shi)糧(liang)排(pai)出(chu),一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)設(she)計(ji)缺(que)陷(xian),塔(ta)內(nei)有(you)部(bu)分(fen)糧(liang)食(shi)從(cong)上(shang)到(dao)下(xia)接(jie)觸(chu)不(bu)到(dao)熱(re)風(feng),應(ying)找(zhao)生(sheng)產(chan)廠(chang)家(jia)解(jie)決(jue).
2.5 烘幹機達不到幹燥能力
熱風機風量過小,提供給幹燥機的熱量不夠;烘幹塔設計塔容較小,糧食在塔內幹燥時間短;使用的幹燥溫度與設計溫度差別較大。
