1、燃料性質對熱風爐工作的影響

1.1 燃料顆粒度對熱風爐的影響
燃ran料liao顆ke粒li度du對dui熱re風feng爐lu工gong作zuo影ying響xiang頗po大da,未wei經jing篩shai分fen的de統tong煤mei在zai熱re風feng爐lu排pai上shang燃ran燒shao是shi十shi分fen不bu利li的de。因yin為wei粒li度du不bu一yi,碎sui末mo嵌qian於yu大da塊kuai之zhi間jian,煤mei層ceng容rong易yi堆dui得de過guo實shi,使shi燃ran燒shao層ceng的de熱re量liang不bu易yi傳chuan到dao燃ran料liao層ceng的de深shen處chu。同tong時shi,幹gan燥zao過guo程cheng中zhong所suo產chan生sheng的de水shui蒸zheng氣qi又you不bu易yi散san發fa出chu來lai,使shi得de燃ran料liao層ceng著zhe火huo比bi較jiao困kun難nan。另ling一yi方fang麵mian,密mi實shi的de燃ran料liao層ceng會hui使shi火huo床chuang的de通tong風feng阻zu力li增zeng大da,並bing且qie粉fen煤mei多duo的de地di方fang被bei風feng吹chui走zou後hou易yi產chan生sheng火huo口kou。此ci外wai,燃ran料liao顆ke粒li度du不bu均jun易yi在zai煤mei鬥dou中zhong產chan生sheng自zi動dong分fen級ji,大da塊kuai煤mei多duo集ji中zhong在zai爐lu排pai兩liang邊bian,細xi顆ke粒li的de易yi存cun積ji在zai中zhong間jian,使shi爐lu排pai送song風feng不bu均jun,燃ran燒shao不bu良liang。
1.2燃料的粘結性對熱風爐的影響
粘(zhan)結(jie)性(xing)強(qiang)的(de)煤(mei),當(dang)受(shou)到(dao)爐(lu)內(nei)高(gao)溫(wen)作(zuo)用(yong)時(shi),火(huo)床(chuang)表(biao)麵(mian)層(ceng)形(xing)成(cheng)板(ban)狀(zhuang)結(jie)焦(jiao),運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)必(bi)須(xu)進(jin)行(xing)繁(fan)重(zhong)的(de)撥(bo)火(huo)操(cao)作(zuo),甚(shen)至(zhi)有(you)時(shi)由(you)於(yu)通(tong)風(feng)嚴(yan)重(zhong)不(bu)佳(jia),使(shi)燃(ran)燒(shao)不(bu)能(neng)連(lian)續(xu)進(jin)行(xing)。此(ci)時(shi),如(ru)果(guo)沒(mei)有(you)及(ji)時(shi)的(de)排(pai)出(chu)焦(jiao)塊(kuai),結(jie)成(cheng)焦(jiao)塊(kuai)的(de)煤(mei)就(jiu)會(hui)燃(ran)燒(shao)不(bu)充(chong)分(fen),過(guo)大(da)的(de)焦(jiao)塊(kuai)落(luo)入(ru)渣(zha)坑(keng),還(hai)會(hui)損(sun)壞(huai)出(chu)渣(zha)機(ji),造(zao)成(cheng)停(ting)車(che)事(shi)故(gu)。所(suo)以(yi)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)爐(lu)中(zhong)燃(ran)用(yong)強(qiang)粘(zhan)結(jie)性(xing)的(de)煤(mei)是(shi)不(bu)適(shi)宜(yi)的(de)。
1.3燃料中水分對燃燒的影響
燃(ran)料(liao)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)會(hui)使(shi)燃(ran)料(liao)層(ceng)的(de)著(zhe)火(huo)延(yan)遲(chi),對(dui)整(zheng)個(ge)燃(ran)燒(shao)過(guo)程(cheng)不(bu)利(li)。當(dang)燃(ran)料(liao)中(zhong)水(shui)分(fen)過(guo)少(shao)時(shi),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)對(dui)於(yu)含(han)粉(fen)末(mo)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)煤(mei),適(shi)當(dang)加(jia)些(xie)水(shui)能(neng)提(ti)高(gao)燃(ran)燒(shao)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing)。因(yin)為(wei)幹(gan)煤(mei)加(jia)水(shui)以(yi)後(hou),粉(fen)末(mo)粘(zhan)結(jie)成(cheng)團(tuan),不(bu)易(yi)被(bei)吹(chui)走(zou)和(he)漏(lou)落(luo),從(cong)而(er)使(shi)飛(fei)灰(hui)和(he)漏(lou)落(luo)損(sun)失(shi)較(jiao)少(shao)。同(tong)時(shi),由(you)於(yu)水(shui)分(fen)的(de)蒸(zheng)發(fa),能(neng)疏(shu)鬆(song)煤(mei)層(ceng),使(shi)空(kong)氣(qi)容(rong)易(yi)透(tou)入(ru)煤(mei)層(ceng)各(ge)部(bu)分(fen)。對(dui)於(yu)粘(zhan)結(jie)性(xing)較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)煤(mei),加(jia)少(shao)許(xu)水(shui),可(ke)使(shi)煤(mei)層(ceng)不(bu)致(zhi)過(guo)分(fen)結(jie)焦(jiao)。適(shi)當(dang)摻(chan)水(shui)還(hai)可(ke)控(kong)製(zhi)易(yi)燃(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)析(xi)出(chu)速(su)度(du),有(you)利(li)於(yu)減(jian)少(shao)化(hua)學(xue)不(bu)完(wan)全(quan)燃(ran)燒(shao)損(sun)失(shi),但(dan)是(shi)水(shui)分(fen)會(hui)增(zeng)加(jia)排(pai)煙(yan)熱(re)損(sun)失(shi),因(yin)此(ci)加(jia)水(shui)量(liang)不(bu)應(ying)過(guo)多(duo),而(er)且(qie)要(yao)均(jun)勻(yun),並(bing)應(ying)給(gei)予(yu)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)滲(shen)透(tou)時(shi)間(jian)。
1.4 燃料中灰分含量的影響
燃ran料liao中zhong的de灰hui分fen對dui燃ran燒shao也ye是shi不bu利li的de,灰hui分fen越yue多duo,焦jiao碳tan的de裹guo灰hui現xian象xiang就jiu越yue嚴yan重zhong,焦jiao碳tan的de燃ran燼jin也ye就jiu越yue困kun難nan。低di熔rong點dian的de灰hui分fen,在zai火huo床chuang中zhong局ju部bu地di區qu發fa生sheng軟ruan化hua熔rong融rong,造zao成cheng結jie渣zha,堵du塞sai爐lu排pai的de通tong風feng孔kong,破po壞huai燃ran燒shao過guo程cheng,並bing可ke能neng使shi爐lu排pai片pian過guo熱re;danshihuifenguoshao,huishilupaishangdehuizhadianbuyixingcheng,huozhetaibo,ershilupaipianguore。lupaipianguoreyidaozhilupaipianshaohuai,huozaochenglupaibianxing,yunxingshifashengkazuxianxiang,yincisunhuailupai,yanzhongdehuisunhuairefengluluti。duiyuranliaozhongdehuifenhanliangherongdiandouyingjiayixianzhi。
為了確保熱風爐穩定運行,對燃料需作如下要求:
(l)水分適當,不大於20%;
(2)灰分不宜大於30%,但也不宜低於10%;灰分熔點應大於1200℃;
(3)燃料粘結性適中,最好經過分選,在燃用未經過分選的統煤時,0~6mm的粉末不應超過50%~55%,煤塊的最大尺寸不應超過40mm,以保證燃料燃盡。
2、燃料層燃燒的調節
燃料層燃燒的發熱量取決於燃料層厚度、送風量和爐排速度三個因素。為了使燃燒工況正常,決定燃燒的三因素必須合理配合。
2.1燃料層厚度的調節
燃料層的厚度是借助於煤閘門來調節的。根據煤種、煤質和顆粒度的不同,燃料層厚度一般應控製在100 - 150mm左右;對於粘結性煙煤,其煤層厚度一般為60 - 120mm,不粘結性煤為80 -140mm,無煙煤為100 - 160mm;對dui於yu易yi著zhe火huo的de燃ran料liao,燃ran料liao的de進jin給gei速su度du要yao快kuai些xie,而er燃ran料liao層ceng要yao薄bo些xie。對dui於yu高gao水shui分fen的de劣lie質zhi煤mei,則ze應ying采cai用yong較jiao厚hou的de煤mei層ceng,適shi當dang降jiang低di爐lu排pai速su度du。煤mei層ceng厚hou度du在zai運yun行xing中zhong一yi般ban不bu宜yi多duo變bian動dong,僅jin當dang燃ran煤mei的de品pin質zhi變bian化hua很hen大da,或huo負fu荷he大da幅fu度du改gai變bian時shi,才cai可ke以yi適shi當dang加jia以yi調tiao整zheng。
2.2爐排速度的調節
zaimeicenghoudububiandeqingkuangxia,lupaisudutiaojieshiyishi,meicengdeqirandianjiranjindianweizhishiyi,huochuangpingzheng,ranshaogongkuangzhengchang。rumeicengsuduguoman,zemeicenghuiguozaozhehuo,guozaozhehuohuishaohuimeizhamenjiqiangong,shenzhihuiyinranmeidouneidemei,zaochenghuozaishigu。ruguolupaidesuduguokuai,zehuishiranshaojieduantuihou,chuxiantuohuojiranbujindexianxiang。tuohuojimeicengzaijumeizhaban0.5m以遠的位置著火,意味著煤層會燃燒不充分,未燃盡的灰渣將排出,不僅會造成能量的浪費,同時會燒壞出渣機,造成停車事故。
由於熱風爐排上積儲的燃料很多,一般可接近1h所需的燃料量,因此,煤量調節的靈敏度就較次一些。為了使燃燒正常而持續地進行,燃料量的調節必須與送風調節很好地配合。
2.3送風量的調節
為(wei)了(le)適(shi)應(ying)燃(ran)料(liao)層(ceng)沿(yan)爐(lu)排(pai)長(chang)度(du)分(fen)階(jie)段(duan)燃(ran)燒(shao)這(zhe)一(yi)特(te)點(dian),把(ba)爐(lu)排(pai)下(xia)麵(mian)的(de)風(feng)室(shi)隔(ge)成(cheng)幾(ji)段(duan),各(ge)段(duan)都(dou)裝(zhuang)有(you)調(tiao)節(jie)門(men),進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)段(duan)調(tiao)節(jie),這(zhe)就(jiu)叫(jiao)做(zuo)分(fen)段(duan)送(song)風(feng)。根(gen)據(ju)爐(lu)排(pai)上(shang)燃(ran)料(liao)層(ceng)的(de)燃(ran)燒(shao)情(qing)況(kuang),爐(lu)排(pai)頭(tou)尾(wei)部(bu)風(feng)門(men)開(kai)得(de)不(bu)大(da),而(er)中(zhong)部(bu)風(feng)門(men)則(ze)開(kai)得(de)較(jiao)大(da)。
當外界環境發生較大變化、煤mei質zhi發fa生sheng較jiao大da變bian化hua或huo被bei幹gan燥zao物wu料liao水shui分fen變bian化hua較jiao大da等deng情qing況kuang發fa生sheng時shi,通tong過guo調tiao節jie鼓gu風feng量liang仍reng然ran不bu能neng實shi現xian供gong熱re量liang的de調tiao整zheng時shi,就jiu需xu考kao慮lv調tiao節jie煤mei層ceng厚hou度du及ji送song煤mei速su度du,來lai實shi現xian供gong熱re量liang的de調tiao整zheng。應ying該gai強qiang調tiao的de是shi煤mei層ceng厚hou度du的de調tiao整zheng必bi須xu伴ban隨sui送song煤mei速su度du的de調tiao整zheng。當dang以yi上shang三san種zhong情qing況kuang相xiang對dui穩wen定ding時shi,為wei保bao持chi風feng溫wen的de穩wen定ding,一yi般ban不bu需xu調tiao整zheng送song煤mei速su度du和he煤mei層ceng厚hou度du,同tong時shi應ying保bao持chi鼓gu風feng量liang的de穩wen定ding,隻zhi需xu微wei調tiao風feng門men即ji可ke燃ran燒shao穩wen定ding,熱re風feng溫wen度du的de波bo動dong範fan圍wei不bu會hui超chao過guo10℃。
熱風爐燃燒合理正常的衡量標準為:煤層的著火位置一般應該在距煤閘門約0.2-0.3m處開始,燃料層一般應在爐排尾部擋灰設備前約0.3-0.5m處燃燒完畢,在靠近擋灰設備前灰渣呈暗色。
3、需要特別強調的問題
zailiangshihongganjixitongdezidongkongzhishejizhong,tongchangjiangshuchurefengwenduyugufengjiqidongliansuokongzhi,jiangfengwenbianhuafanweishedinghou,suifengwenbianhuaqidonghuoguanbigufengji。dangluwendiyushedingzhishi,qidonggufengjizengdasongfengliang,keshiranshaojiakuai,fareliangxunsuzengda,yanqiwendushenggao。danyouyusongfengliangshunjianbianda,shidefengwenxunsushenggaoxuduo,henkuaijiuchaochushedingdefanwei,erhou,gufengjiguanbi,songfengliangshunjianbianxiao,ranshaozhuangkuangfashenggaibian,fareliangdafuxiajiang,fengwenzehenkuaixiajiang。jingxianchangshijiguance,gufengjiqidong3 - 5min後,熱風溫度可有30 - 50C的de溫wen度du變bian化hua。因yin此ci,在zai鼓gu風feng機ji與yu風feng溫wen連lian鎖suo控kong製zhi時shi,風feng溫wen的de變bian化hua範fan圍wei不bu宜yi設she置zhi得de過guo小xiao,否fou則ze將jiang無wu法fa保bao證zheng熱re風feng溫wen度du的de穩wen定ding,將jiang導dao致zhi烘hong後hou物wu料liao水shui分fen不bu均jun勻yun。
實際生產中較好的做法是:dangranliaoxingzhihebeiganzaodewuliaoxingzhixiangduiwendingshi,genjuwaijiehuanjingtiaojian,baochigufengjichuyuchangkaihuochangbizhuangtai,shidangtiaozhengfengmendejinfengliang,jikebaochirefengdewendingshuchu。
熱風爐的使用操作影響著糧食烘幹機的使用,在實際生產中應結合燃料性質,合理地控製燃料層厚度、爐排速度和供風量,高效地發揮熱風爐的作用,提高糧食幹燥的質量,節約生產成本,因此其意義重大。
