由於氣動工具的安全性好、速度快、反應靈敏等優點,電冰箱廠生產線上使用大量的氣動工具來裝配和包裝一台台電冰箱。為此配置了壓力為0.6~0.8MPa壓縮空氣氣源作為氣動工具的動力。為了防止氣動工具金屬腐蝕、guandaodusaihemosundengxianxiangfasheng,yasuokongqibixujingguohongganhejinghuachuli,yincizaikongyazhanzhongxuyaoshezhikongqilengdonghongganjihuohongganqilaihongganyasuokongqi,futongxinnengyuanshengchanxiaoshoumuxie滾筒烘幹機、氣流式烘幹機等幹燥烘幹機械設備。
美的電冰箱廠(原華淩雪櫃公司)的空壓站共有六套空氣壓縮冷凍烘幹機組,投入使用至今不足兩年,每套機組的組成如圖1所示。
一套空氣壓縮冷凍烘幹機組由螺杆式空氣壓縮機、空氣冷凍烘幹機、過濾器、儲氣罐、lengqueshuitahelengqueshuibengdengzucheng。kongqilengdonghongganjiqishijiushiyitaozhengqiyasuoshizhilengzhuangzhi,gaichangdekongqilengdonghongganjishihangzhouyidajidianyouxiangongsidechanpin,caiyongR22為製冷劑。壓縮機為全封閉式6匹渦旋式壓縮機。蒸發器為殼管式換熱器,冷卻壓縮空氣至2~8℃dewendu,xichushuifenchushihonggan。lengningqiyiweikeguanshihuanreqi,caiyonglengqueshuilengque。yuanlaideshejishilengquetachukoudelengqueshuixianjingguokongqiyasuojilengqueyasuokongqihou,zaijinrulengningqilengquezhilengji,ranhouhuidaolengquetajiangwen,rucixunhuan。
某次,空壓站運行人員要啟動2號空壓烘幹機組時,接通電源後按下啟動按鈕,總開關跳閘,起動不了2號空壓烘幹機組。筆者對這一故障進行檢查、分析和維修,並提出相應的改進。
1、故障檢查
初步可以判斷,總開關跳閘這一現象顯然是由電氣係統的原因造成的。
筆者首先檢查電源,發現三相交流電每兩相之間的電壓值為380V,屬於正常;再(zai)檢(jian)查(zha)三(san)相(xiang)交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)的(de)相(xiang)序(xu),也(ye)正(zheng)常(chang)。其(qi)次(ci),檢(jian)查(zha)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)主(zhu)電(dian)路(lu)的(de)接(jie)線(xian)及(ji)各(ge)個(ge)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei),結(jie)果(guo)是(shi)主(zhu)電(dian)路(lu)接(jie)線(xian)正(zheng)常(chang),各(ge)個(ge)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)完(wan)好(hao)。再(zai)次(ci),檢(jian)查(zha)機(ji)組(zu)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)路(lu),發(fa)現(xian)控(kong)製(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)也(ye)正(zheng)常(chang)。
最(zui)後(hou)用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表(biao)歐(ou)姆(mu)檔(dang)檢(jian)查(zha)壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)冷(leng)凍(dong)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)製(zhi)冷(leng)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)繞(rao)組(zu),發(fa)現(xian)每(mei)個(ge)接(jie)線(xian)柱(zhu)對(dui)地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)為(wei)零(ling),三(san)個(ge)接(jie)線(xian)柱(zhu)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)也(ye)為(wei)零(ling)。結(jie)果(guo)可(ke)判(pan)斷(duan)為(wei)製(zhi)冷(leng)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)電(dian)機(ji)已(yi)燒(shao)毀(hui)。至(zhi)此(ci),證(zheng)明(ming)了(le)空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)組(zu)開(kai)機(ji)跳(tiao)閘(zha)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)製(zhi)冷(leng)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)電(dian)機(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)短(duan)路(lu)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)。
2、故障維修與原因分析
筆者對製冷壓縮機進行了更換。在製冷劑管道充滿氮氣的條件下進行吸、排氣管的焊接。這樣保證管內壁表麵光潔,避免在管道內壁產生氧化皮。然後抽真空,向係統注入氮氣至2.75MPa壓力進行壓力試漏,保壓24hdeshijianhou,kouchuwendubianhua,yalizhimeiyoubianhua。yongdanqijinxingyalishilou,bimiandairushuifen,erqienengqihongganzhilengguandaodezuoyong。jiezhezaichouzhenkongzhizhenkongdu730mmHg以上,進行R22充注至適量。更換製冷壓縮機的操作結束。
機組通電,再開機起動,機組運轉起來。由於所充注的製冷劑量有所變化,重新調整節流閥開度,致使壓縮空氣的露點溫度為2℃。
那(na)麼(me)是(shi)什(shen)麼(me)原(yuan)因(yin)導(dao)致(zhi)製(zhi)冷(leng)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)電(dian)機(ji)燒(shao)毀(hui)呢(ne)?在(zai)更(geng)換(huan)製(zhi)冷(leng)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)後(hou)機(ji)組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),筆(bi)者(zhe)觀(guan)察(cha)和(he)記(ji)錄(lu)機(ji)組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數(shu),以(yi)便(bian)進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)析(xi)判(pan)斷(duan)。觀(guan)察(cha)發(fa)現(xian),冷(leng)凍(dong)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)的(de)進(jin)口(kou)水(shui)溫(wen)為(wei)38℃,出口水溫為42℃。當dang時shi運yun行xing觀guan察cha時shi間jian是shi在zai九jiu月yue份fen。顯xian然ran,冷leng凝ning器qi冷leng卻que水shui溫wen偏pian高gao。既ji然ran冷leng凝ning器qi冷leng卻que水shui溫wen較jiao高gao,冷leng凝ning壓ya力li也ye應ying該gai較jiao高gao,冷leng凍dong烘hong幹gan機ji長chang期qi運yun行xing必bi然ran有you時shi會hui達da極ji限xian值zhi使shi高gao壓ya開kai關guan動dong作zuo,而er使shi製zhi冷leng壓ya縮suo機ji停ting機ji保bao護hu。可ke是shi沒mei有you聽ting到dao空kong壓ya站zhan運yun行xing人ren員yuan反fan映ying有you過guo此ci種zhong現xian象xiang發fa生sheng。筆bi者zhe有you意yi提ti高gao冷leng卻que水shui進jin水shui溫wen度du(讓一部分冷凝器出口水不經冷卻塔,與冷卻塔出水相混),使冷凝壓力提高至高壓開關動作的極限值2MPa,也ye不bu見jian冷leng凍dong烘hong幹gan機ji的de高gao壓ya保bao護hu開kai關guan動dong作zuo。停ting機ji檢jian查zha發fa現xian,高gao壓ya保bao護hu開kai關guan被bei短duan接jie了le。據ju查zha證zheng,這zhe是shi該gai工gong程cheng施shi工gong方fang所suo為wei。由you此ci可ke見jian,製zhi冷leng壓ya縮suo機ji長chang期qi在zai高gao溫wen高gao壓ya下xia運yun轉zhuan,超chao出chu廠chang家jia規gui定ding的de工gong作zuo條tiao件jian,潤run滑hua不bu良liang,是shi造zao成cheng製zhi冷leng壓ya縮suo機ji燒shao毀hui的de原yuan因yin。
3、係統改進
julejie,yuanlailengdonghongganjidelengqueshuiyukongyajidelengqueshuichuanlianshiyongdezuofa,shigongchengshigongfangyouyuzhuanyeshuipingbugao,tantuxitongjianhua,shigongfangbian,zaochenglezhezhongbuhelidexitongzucheng。tongshi,weilebaozhengkongqilengdonghongganjizailengqueshuiwendupiangaodeqingkuangxianengyunxing,bagaoyabaohukaiguangeiduanjiele。
針對前麵的分析,根據工程實際情況,筆者提出了兩項改進:yishibakongqilengdonghongganjidelengqueshuixitongdulichulai,shezhizhuanyongdelengquetahelengqueshuibeng。buzaibalengqueshuiyukongyajidelengqueshuichuanlianshiyong。zheyangjiangdikongqilengdonghongganjilengningwendu,shizhilengyasuojidepaiqiwenhepaiqiyalijiangdi。jinggaizaohou,lengningqilengqueshuijinshuiwenduwei32℃,出水溫度為35℃。使冷卻水溫符合廠家規定的要求。二是恢複高壓保護的功能,避免製冷設備的惡劣工況下運行。
4、結束語
經過筆者更換製冷壓縮機、抽真空、試漏和充注製冷劑的維修,以及冷卻水係統的獨立改造後,每套空氣壓縮冷凍烘幹機組運行正常。經過此故障的維修,筆者得出結論:製冷裝置不得在超過廠家規定的工作條件下進行工作,否則將會縮短設備的使用壽命。
當(dang)然(ran),經(jing)上(shang)述(shu)改(gai)進(jin)後(hou)的(de)係(xi)統(tong)尚(shang)不(bu)是(shi)最(zui)完(wan)善(shan)合(he)理(li)的(de),尚(shang)有(you)改(gai)進(jin)的(de)餘(yu)地(di)。如(ru)果(guo)在(zai)空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)之(zhi)後(hou),冷(leng)凍(dong)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)之(zhi)前(qian),再(zai)增(zeng)設(she)一(yi)個(ge)儲(chu)氣(qi)罐(guan),這(zhe)樣(yang)會(hui)更(geng)好(hao)。因(yin)為(wei)如(ru)此(ci)設(she)置(zhi)可(ke)讓(rang)空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)出(chu)口(kou)空(kong)氣(qi)在(zai)增(zeng)設(she)的(de)儲(chu)氣(qi)罐(guan)裏(li)穩(wen)定(ding)壓(ya)力(li)後(hou),再(zai)進(jin)入(ru)冷(leng)凍(dong)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)的(de)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi),能(neng)使(shi)冷(leng)凍(dong)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)的(de)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)免(mian)受(shou)空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)排(pai)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)直(zhi)接(jie)作(zuo)用(yong),減(jian)小(xiao)其(qi)承(cheng)壓(ya)。但(dan)由(you)於(yu)改(gai)造(zao)難(nan)度(du)大(da),所(suo)以(yi)這(zhe)次(ci)維(wei)修(xiu)沒(mei)有(you)加(jia)以(yi)改(gai)進(jin)。建(jian)議(yi)今(jin)後(hou)有(you)條(tiao)件(jian)時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)在(zai)空(kong)壓(ya)機(ji)之(zhi)後(hou)增(zeng)設(she)一(yi)個(ge)儲(chu)氣(qi)罐(guan)的(de)改(gai)進(jin)。
