1.1膠帶跑偏的原因

1.4電氣上的解決方法

1.4.2 DFP防偏開關。通用的安裝設計是隨意安裝在輸送機縱梁頂部或底部。動作杆軸承額定轉速5000r/min,適合與膠帶速度小於6.35m/s。動作杆法向角調節範圍22.5。,法向夾角為10。時報警觸點動作,法向夾角為20。時停機觸點動作。防偏開關可固定在輸送機縱梁頂部或底部,動作杆距膠帶邊緣約25-75mm。通常安裝在膠帶兩側距頭部或尾部0.3-2m的地方。
2、膠帶斷裂、磨裂
2.1膠帶機尾部卸料槽處的斷裂

2.2.2采取措施。首先,要加強管理,從源頭上對煤中雜物進行清理;其(qi)次(ci),把(ba)裝(zhuang)設(she)在(zai)裝(zhuang)載(zai)點(dian)處(chu)受(shou)料(liao)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)下(xia)麵(mian)的(de)緩(huan)衝(chong)托(tuo)輥(gun)組(zu)改(gai)為(wei)緩(huan)衝(chong)托(tuo)板(ban),使(shi)裝(zhuang)載(zai)點(dian)的(de)膠(jiao)帶(dai)全(quan)部(bu)縛(fu)著(zhe)在(zai)托(tuo)板(ban)上(shang),增(zeng)加(jia)裝(zhuang)載(zai)點(dian)處(chu)膠(jiao)帶(dai)的(de)抗(kang)衝(chong)擊(ji)強(qiang)度(du)。
2.2物料輸送機尾部改向滾筒處的斷裂
2.2.1原因分析。主要原因有:托輥軸與托輥架凹槽裝配過鬆;托輥脫落後尾部改向滾筒前無防護裝置,致使脫落後的托輥直接被卷入尾部改向滾筒處造成膠帶劃破,小車變形。
2.2.2處理方法。①經常檢查托輥與托輥架凹槽的配合間隙,發現鬆時,更換合適的托輥支架或把托輥焊到支架上;②在托輥固定支架的凹槽上加裝卡子,預防托輥彈出;③在尾部改向滾筒前加裝防護板,以防止托輥脫落後卷入滾筒內。
2.3電氣上的保護
2.3.1 DPLS係(xi)列(lie)雙(shuang)向(xiang)平(ping)衡(heng)拉(la)繩(sheng)開(kai)關(guan)。用(yong)於(yu)膠(jiao)帶(dai)送(song)機(ji)發(fa)生(sheng)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)急(ji)停(ting)機(ji)。當(dang)膠(jiao)帶(dai)輸(shu)送(song)現(xian)場(chang)發(fa)生(sheng)事(shi)故(gu)時(shi),可(ke)拉(la)動(dong)係(xi)在(zai)吊(diao)耳(er)上(shang)的(de)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng),使(shi)機(ji)內(nei)的(de)滑(hua)塊(kuai)與(yu)開(kai)關(guan)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)發(fa)出(chu)停(ting)機(ji)信(xin)號(hao)。手(shou)動(dong)到(dao)開(kai)關(guan)帶(dai)自(zi)銷(xiao),故(gu)障(zhang)排(pai)除(chu)後(hou)提(ti)上(shang)限(xian)位(wei)杆(gan)方(fang)能(neng)複(fu)位(wei)。
2.3.2膠帶機綜合保護裝置。該裝置能夠實時監測膠帶機的運行狀況:實時顯示膠帶當前的運行速度,同時能夠對過速、打滑、跑偏、堆煤、jinjitingchedengyichangzhuangtaijinxingshishijiankong。dangyouyichangxianxiangfasheng,gaixitongnenggougenjugebujiaodaidejutiyunxingyaoqiu,zuochuxiangyingdedongzuo,zidongqieduandianjikongzhihuilu,jiaodaitingzhiyunzhuan,tongshifachubaojingxinhao。fenbieanzhuangxiangyingdechuanganqi:跑偏開關、急停開關、測速傳感器、煤位傳感器、jiaodaiduanliebaohuchuanganqi。zaimeigejiaodaijitouanzhuangyigejiaodaijizongbaoxinhaoxiang,suoyouchuanganqixinhaojinrugaixiangnei,zaitongguogaixiangyushangjiyouguanshebeixianglian。xiangneiyousheng、光報警,與現場傳感器一一對應,一旦有設備異常報警,現場有聲光報警顯示,調度室有報警顯示。
