1、膠帶跑偏原因

對於較大型帶式輸送機,上述措施雖有一定效果,但因輸送機運行速度快、負載大、張緊滾筒與驅動滾筒相距遙遠等,使糾偏更困難。

安裝電子糾偏係統後,仍需注意張緊滾筒與驅動滾筒軸線的相互平行,兩邊的電機、減速器及滾筒應完全對稱,斜坡形擋板也是必要的。實踐證明這些措施有明顯的防偏及糾偏效果。
